Our team delivered a successful Proof of Concept, streamlining payments across 58 countries, automatically splitting dues between head office and local chapters. The solution saved on exchange fees and eliminated manual reconciliation processes.

Integrated contact center for COVID19 video calls

We delivered a scalable contact center and secure video room, managing 1,200+ agents for Serefin's Federal COVID19 Tests Program.

Workflow digitization and SLA automation

We digitized the department's $500k daily purchase order approvals, replacing spreadsheets and emails with a robust solution that tracks changes and measures SLAs.
